What it is
Buildup is the exhibitor portal for event organisers. One place where every exhibitor completes what the show needs from them, and one place where the ops team sees who has done it. Built and operated by Fungible Capital Pty Ltd.
The problem it solves
Build-up runs on spreadsheets, PDF forms and email threads. The information a show needs from an exhibitor — the catalogue entry, the stand drawings, the insurance, the names for passes, the extras ordered — arrives in five different ways from a few hundred different people, and the only way to know what is outstanding is for somebody to go and ask.
Buildup replaces that. Less chasing for ops, fewer surprises on site, and exhibitors who arrive ready.
What the exhibitor sees
Exhibitors sign in with a link. No password to create, and none to reset for someone who does this once a year.
- A single checklist for their stand: catalogue listing, stand drawings and insurance, staff details for passes, and extras ordered from the organiser's own catalogue
- Every item shows its deadline and its status, so nobody has to ask what is outstanding
What the organiser's team sees
The whole show on one screen, with every stand and every gap. Each role sees only what it needs.
