This website

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no forms. There is nothing here that follows you, and nothing to opt out of.

It is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs of requests made to it — including IP addresses — for security and operational purposes. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.

If you email us

Writing to hello@fungible.capital means we hold your email address and whatever you chose to put in the message. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

The software we operate

Personal information inside the systems we build and run for clients is governed by our agreement with the client, not by this page. In those systems the client is the Responsible Party and we are the Operator, as POPIA defines those roles: we process personal information on the client's documented instructions and to provide and support the software.

If your employer uses software we operate and you have a question about your own information, the right first stop is your employer, because they decide what is held and why. We will help them answer you.
